April Fools Day at Joy School: Daniel took this picture of me he thought it was so funny. I had my hoodie on backwards, one of Nora's hairbows in my hair, sunglasses on the back of my head, one of Daniel's toys stuck in my hair, and two different earrings.
I'm pretty sure that the boys at Joy School thought I was crazy but after a while the just giggled at everything funny I did during the day.

I taught Joy School about Cooking several weeks ago. They each got an apron, their own, wooden spoon, and measuring cups/spoons. I printed the recipes with pictures so they could follow them and we just spent the whole time in the kitchen cooking. It was great!

We used some dry beans so that they could practicing measuring.

We made many things but the boys really liked making the pizza.

They were so proud of themselves.

So cute! Dane still talks all about it. We're going to make the chicken nuggets next week. He can hardly wait:)
I love reading about your Joy School. I would like to start teaching my 2-year old. Where do you get your ideas or lesson plans for the year? -- Nade
