July 4th

The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays. We kept it low key but still had fun celebrating. Keeping with tradition we made a flag cake - even though the cake wouldn't come out of the pan and crumbled everywhere and we ran out of raspberries . It still tasted yummy.

Shannon and the kids filled up water balloons in the backyard and had a water balloon fight.

Ready for fireworks!

Lucy was really good. We plugged up her ears and she slept through it.

Little Lucy etc...

We call Lucy "Flopsy" sometimes b/c she likes to just flop on your shoulder like this.

Shannon "camped" in the backyard with the kids one night. They had a lot of fun.
S'mores...yum!

Getting some love from Nora.

More Lucy...

First sponge bath at home.

Daniel loves holding her.

Lucy at Home

Since I've been promising family more pictures for a week now...here they come.

To the Hospital...

One day over my due date: 3 am. On our way to the hospital...

Nora and Daniel were so cute when they came to see us in the hospital for the first time. Nora walked in the room with her hands outstretched saying "I want to hold my baby sister." Daniel said "I just can't stop smiling!"

Ready to go home.
