We just got back from North Carolina visiting my family. Two of my sisters were able to come as well which was so great! (We really missed my other sister Emily and her family though.) We took a few days to go to the North Carolina coast. The kids had a blast. It's always great to get the cousins together!

There were fireworks one night and so we were able to watch them from our balcony.

Kat: We were walking back from the beach as the downpour hit! We got a little rain here and there... but it was still fun.
On the way home we were going to go tour the USS North Carolina but we ran out of time. All we had time for was a picture in front of it. Daniel was a little disappointed I think. We'll make sure we get to go next time.

I was so grateful we didn't get in that rainstorm. It was a good one. :) You take such great pictures!!!! It was good seeing y'all again! I'm telling ya... come back in November for New Moon!!
