Valentine's Day
Shannon did not disappoint this year. The night before Valentine's Shannon took Daniel with him to the grocery store to get everything for the dinner he would be making the next day and came home with these beautiful flowers! On Valentine's evening Shannon went to work in the kitchen and made a delicious dinner. He made marinated steak, stir-fried asparagus with cashews, and an avacado and tomato salad. Everything was wonderful! I feel very loved.

I tell ya, you guys need to open a restaurant, not only do you make good food, but look at that presentation! What a great guy Shannon is! (and Daniel, sounds like he's a great helper.)
That looks amazingly delicious. I would love the recipes if he is willing to share his secrets! The avocado and tomato salad sounds so good to me. Happy Valentines Day!
What a wonderful husband you have! Those flowers are so beautiful!! (FYI- our mothers group usually has only 4 or 5 moms every week, the Valentines party was quite the exception.)
